Obedience classes are held at the Gympie Showgrounds Centre Ring at 7pm every Monday evening from February through to the first week in December.

We train you to train your dog to be a good canine citizen and training consists of positive methods for both you and your dog.

Our classes cater for raw beginners up to dogs able to compete in Obedience Trials. It is up to you how far you wish to train your dog and the more effort you put in, the better your results will be.

Beginners classes start on the first Monday of each month from February to November, beginning at 6.30pm. Please bring along your dog and their vaccination certificate and be ready to have some fun. Dogs must be over 4 months old and have had all of their vaccinations before starting training.

If you have not been involved with canine obedience training previously, it must be stressed that the club does not train your dog
